Customer Service Specialist Representative
Whole Body Research is seeking expert customer service representatives to provide stellar customer service by phone and email to our customers.
- 100% product and procedure knowledge, providing excellent customer service over the phone to customers.
- Candidates must complete the Whole Body Research customer service training program with an expert knowledge of our whole product line. Ideal candidates are capable of learning our products inside and out to ensure an excellent customer service experience.
- Customer Service Specialists must document sales, testimonials, customer service issues and satisfaction resolution for maximum accountability.
- 100% commitment to all customer responses, meeting Whole Body Research customer service standards.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned to ensure the customer service department runs effectively.
- 4 years previous customer service experience.
- 2 years call center or high call volume experience.
- BONUS: Extensive knowledge and research of nutritional supplements, specifically supplements derived from whole foods.
