1. Who is Whole Body Research?
Whole Body Research was founded on the idea that the body is meant to be whole and happy. When our bodies lack nutritional value, we begin to miss out on some of life’s most memorable experiences. At Whole Body Research, we’re passionate about health and wellbeing and we want to share that passion with you.
It’s no secret that healthy diet and exercise can extend our life span and allow us to live a healthier, more energetic life. But often times, diet and exercise simply don’t cut it. We believe in complementing a healthy diet with the right nutritional supplements to help provide balance and stability for overall health.
We take your health seriously, which is why we take our products seriously and follow strict principles to deliver you a high quality product. These principles help exceed our customers’ expectations when it comes to their supplement experience.

2. How do I get my money back if I’m not satisfied?
If you’re not happy with your product for ANY reason, simply call our customer service department and one of our representatives will talk you through how to ship your product back to us. Once we have received your product, we will issue you your money back. It’s that simple.
3. What hours is your call center open to answer questions I may have?
We’re open Monday-Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. PST or Saturday-Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST . You can reach us at 1-800-240-7721.
4. Once I place my order, will anything else be sent or billed to me in the future?
You will only be billed for what you order, there are no hidden charges. You will only be shipped the products that you order. Rest assured, you’ll NEVER be automatically billed for anything unless you specifically select and order a monthly subscription product.
5. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards excluding American Express, as well as Paypal.
6. What shipping methods are available to me?
We use USPS for all of our shipping needs.
7. How can I track my shipment?
An email will be sent to you with your tracking information within 1-3 days of your order. If you can’t locate this information and have tracking questions about your shipment, just give us a call and a representative can assist you. 1-800-240-7721
8. Do I save money by placing larger orders?
Yes. Our products are sold in different packages to offer additional savings to you. Check out our specials on each product page.
9. Where is Whole Body Research located?
Our headquarters are located in Los Angeles, California. We work with research facilities around the Los Angeles area and have a distribution center in both Los Angeles and the Midwest. All of our products are manufactured in the USA.
